One BIG one that would be useful for many laptops in Win Server 2008 R2 is Sensor support.... Specifically, my laptop (HP Envy 15) uses an ambient light sensor to automatically adjust backlight based on conditions. Sensor support is included with Win7, but not Server 2008 R2.
