I opened a command prompt in my c:\users\\ folder and tried to run the .cmd file from there which resulted in the "File not found" errors similar to klebs above. I changed directory to the location where I unpacked the .zip contents (where the .cmd file was), and it worked great! Thanks for this fix! In case it helps someone…
