		<description>I don&#039;t have the dropdown for selecting the language. Also, if I download the language MUI .exe and run it, it runs and disappears silently. I extrected the contents to reveal a file called &#039;lp.cab&#039; which I can try to install via &#039;install/uninstall languages&#039;. It then shows that I have it installed already, and won&#039;t allow me to continue.

This is a SP1 installation, if it matters.

Using Admin Templates to set the langua did not work either.
