Dirt 3 can be added. I can confirm that it works, but SEHOP must be disabled.

I'd like to know if Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Revision 2 with all of the settings and additions recommended on this website for its use as a regular desktop operating system is able to run Oracle Java 1.6 update 30 and 1.7 update 2 without problems. I'd like to run java on win08r29 (online java-using applets, Minecraft, etc.) and am planning on using it in my new build if it runs java no problems.

Arris: I never heard of anyone having problems installing or using Oracle Java, so I'm sure it will work fine. You can verify this by searching the forum or the comments in this manual. Good luck installing Server 2008 R2! :)

@saku Make sure you download the installer from their website and install it using that. I don't believe you can simply copy and paste the game files like you can do in Windows 7.

League of legends works flawlessly - make sure to set the priority to application instead of background services to have League of Legends given higher priority.
On a fresh install I found the FPS to be higher compared to when I ran it on windows 7.

Does League of Legends work? I heard almost everyone plays it but I don't want to download it if it doesn't work.

Batman: Arkham City and a few others that conflict with Structured Exception Handling Overwrite Protection (SEHOP) need this registry entry:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\BatmanAC.exe]
"DisableExceptionChainValidation"=dword:00000001

Credit over here: http://community.batmanarkhamcity.com/forums/showthread.php/10517-Crash-on-launch?p=179953#post179953

You could also disable SEHOP.

Arris: Thanks for this useful information! :)
